1-800-HYDRO-PRO keeps the contact details you give us — names, email addresses and phone numbers — with the details of your sites, the quotes we send and the work we do, including the photos our crews take on site. We use them to quote, schedule, carry out and invoice that work and to keep you informed about it, and we email you only about your own quotes and jobs. A crew member’s location is recorded only at the moment they clock in and clock out — never in between — and only our office sees it. We don’t sell or share your information. It is stored securely with our hosting providers in the United States (Oregon). You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time: call us at 604-451-9274.
